When do I get my refund?
For direct deposit of your IRS refund, you will receive your refund in as little as 8 to 15 days.
What are my refund options?
You can have your refund directly deposited into your bank account by the IRS and State in as little as eight days for free. You can also have a paper check mailed to your house for free. All of our refund options are free.

What are your hours?
During the off-season, we are open from Monday – Friday 10AM – 6PM, and by appointment outside regular hours. During tax season, we are open from Monday – Friday 9AM to 7PM and Saturday from 10AM to 5PM.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are strongly encouraged for quickest service, but are not required (walk-ins are helped as soon as staff is available or done with scheduled appointments).

Do I have to pay today?
We give you the option to file today, pay later in most cases. We can wait to collect our payment when you receive your refund in most cases. Conditions and restrictions do apply.

Don’t worry, you can call us for help all year long.
It has been several years since I filed my taxes – what should I do?
Call us as soon as you can. Even if you don’t have your W-2s, we can request them from the IRS. After three years, your refunds expire, and the IRS can legally keep your entire refund. So, the sooner you call us the better. If you owe money, penalties and interest keep growing over time. The sooner you take care of it the better.
